Fantasy Dragon Illustration: Phase 1: Pencil

This is good composition practice. I’m still deciding if I’ll work this up to a full blown drawing on paper, or just pull it into Photoshop and start playing with it as is. I’ve never started in Photoshop with an “incomplete” drawing…this would sort of be a first. If I complete the inking, it will take awhile because it’s pretty large. What do you think I should do? Ink it in, then scan it OR just pull this pencil sketch into Photoshop and go for it?
