Master Study: Pencil Doodle: Albrecht Dürer Painting
Posted by Judah on Nov.22,2013 in Daily Doodle, Pencil Doodle, Study of Masters with 0 CommentsThere’s something about Renaissance portraiture that I just love. When I don’t know what to draw, or feel the need for inspiration, I start looking through art books. I stumbled onto this Albrecht Dürer portrait and decided to sketch it. I always wonder who these people were, what they were like, what kind of dramas they lived…etc. It’s also interesting to compare what was once thought as ideal beauty to contemporary ideas.
If your curious, here’s the wikipedia for Albrecht Dürer.
