Jenni Sketch – Drawing Class Demo
Posted by Judah on Apr.19,2013 in Daily Doodle, Pencil Doodle with 0 CommentsI did this sketch as a demo for my drawing class yesterday. Jenni was kind enough to pose for a few moments. We’ve been studying how to draw the human face. My students try to get everything perfect with the first few marks on the page. I was trying to demonstrate that you start with light lines and “rough in” the general proportions before making dark marks. This is obviously not a complete drawing, but most of my pencil drawings look like this before I layer on sequentially darker marks, until I’m satisfied.
